The expansive wraparound deck, partially covered, extends from the dining area to the living room and is ideal for morning coffee, sunset dinners, or simply soaking in the scenery. Inside, the main living room is filled with natural light from oversized windows that frame epic Smoky Mountain views. Enjoy a Smart TV, stereo system, and plenty of comfortable seating for everyone. There is also a Queen Sleeper sofa for additional bedding.

The second living area includes a large Smart TV and ample seating, another Queen Sleeper sofa, while the game area features a pool table and access to the lower deck. A wet bar makes hosting easy, and an additional bedroom with a king bed completes this level.
The loft/bonus room adds flexible sleeping space and is perfect for kids or extra guests. It features two twin bunk beds and its own full bathroom, offering comfort and privacy.
